Costa Cetacea´s Number One Costa Rica Dolphin Eco Offender.
The Tuna Dozers that ply the Pacific and kill way to many dolphins. They should be banned to beyond 200 miles like Panama has already done. In Costa Rica they can legally kill dolphins 12 miles from the beach. Whats up with this?
Osa Eco Offenders
Costa Cetacea´s Number One Drake Bay Osa Eco Offender
Hotel Jinetes de Osa Costa Rica Adventure Divers in Drake Bay. For more than a decade Totally inadequate waste water treatment at their bar, restaurant, laundry room, many toilets and permanent rooms all built illegally steps away from the sea, not the 50 meters Costa Rica asks. A ever rotating staff of illegal foreigner managers, who often work for free, insuring no local people in the tiny impoverished village are trained to fill these positions. Jinetes de Osa and Costa Rica Adventure Divers are one of the busiest hotels in the area with high trip advisor ratings from too many people who do not know what is going on. When the Costa Rican government tried to shut them them down, they cut down trees and tried to build illegally more rooms and got in trouble again. Incredibly they are trying to relocate to another illegal hotel already shut down by the Costa Rica government and then abandoned, Delfin Amor Eco Lodge and the Vida Marina Foundation.
Very strangely, Jinetes de Osa Hotel Costa Rica Adventure Divers hotel appears on the Corcovado Foundation Website.
Costa Cetacea recommends you stay with someone else if you think the dolphins, turtles, whales, rivers and beaches should have clean waters. Stay here if you effectively want to piss and shit on Osa´s marine life, tourists and local people.
