Costa Rica Non Profit Foundation Donations
Costa Cetacea does not take any governmental or non profit donations.
Our mission is to teach how to fish and to not expect free fish.
However there are a few non profit foundations we really think you should donate to as they are really doing the most important work, and they are proven to be very productive. Careful of other Foundations that really do not work at what they claim.
Here they are, Costa Cetacea´s most dolphin, whale, oceans, rivers, people positive non profit Foundations that you really can feel good about donating to.
Cascadia Research Collective- The Gurus of Costa Rica's humpbacks and pseudorcas, these folks have taught us more about humpbacks and false killers than anyone but the whales themselves. They even follow Costa Rican whales to the Costa Rican Dome, Hawaii and California. They have one of the worlds false killer whale gurus in Hawaii who puts cams on them. Another one puts cams on blue whales. Costa Cetacea is a just a little bit jealous, but we have at least gotten to help out here and there.
Corcovado Foundation-- Like the name says, these people do more for the park than probably everyone else combined. They help with guards, and stations and boats and training and other little things like that. Without them the park might have been a bush meat supermarket by now.
